4) CONTACTING US
When you contact us through our contact form or at info@everty.co, we collect the details you give us.
We only use them to answer your enquiry.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to you (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR).
We delete this data once your enquiry has been fully resolved, unless we need to keep it for legal reasons.
5) ORDERS AND CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
When you place an order or create an account, we collect the data needed to process and deliver it: name, email, phone number, delivery and billing address, and order details.
Legal basis: performance of a contract with you (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR).
You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing info@everty.co.
Some order data must be kept to meet our tax and accounting obligations. In that case it will be restricted and used for no other purpose.
6) EMAIL MARKETING
6.1 Newsletter
If you sign up to our newsletter, we will send you news and offers by email. Only your email address is required.
We use double opt-in: you will receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription.

7) DELIVERY AND PAYMENT
We share your name and delivery details with our delivery partner only as needed to deliver your order.
Your payment details are handled directly by the payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

10.1 Meta Pixel
With your consent, our website uses the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland.
It helps us measure how well our Facebook and Instagram ads work, build audiences and improve future campaigns.
The data we see is aggregated and does not identify you. Meta, however, may link it to your Meta account and use it for its own purposes.
